Rumors has it that Ford will soon offer their new truck called 2018 Ford Ranger. This truck will be available in the U.S. for the first time since 2012. Reason why Ranger was unavailable on the U.S. market is because it did not achieve needed safety rating. New 2018 Ranger should get new crash-boot, up front and revised rear end. Ford has to think about every safety aspect, so even pedestrian safety should be improved in certain way.
Biggest issue was that it could easily rollover, which is unacceptable not only for this truck, but for every car. Design should be much more aggressive than before and 2018 Ranger will get completely new front end. Also Ranger will get several cab configurations as well as the bed sizes. Speculations about design are mentioning some details are being used from F-150 model, but also new design cues from, future Bronco model. Interior design should include new Ford’s Sync infotainment system, a lot of safety features and sports seats.
