This engine comes mated to 9-speed automatic transmission. 2018 Jeep Renegade fuel economy for 1.4-liter engine will be 24 mpg in the city and 31 mpg on the highway, averaging 26 mpg. Renegade with 2.4-liter engine will do 22 mpg in the city and 30 mpg on the highway, averaging 25 mpg in total. All-wheel drive version will do 21/29/24 mpg.
