2018 Toyota Highlander will be revealed on the market during this year. It will be offered in several trim versions, same as the previous models. This includes Base, LE, LE Plus, XLE, SE, Limited and Limited Platinum. Toyota will also offer 2018 Highlander Hybrid version as well. You could get hybrid version in LE, XLE, Limited and Limited Platinum trims. There will be no drastic changes regarding 2018 Highlander design. All major redesign solutions from 2017 model will carry over to the Highlander for 2018. Toyota Highlander 2018 design includes big front grille, LED daytime running lights (some trim models), 18 or 19-inch alloy wheels depending on the trim. New Toyota Highlander will offer space for eight passengers in three rows of seats. Some models will get second-row captain’s chairs, which reduces seating capacity to seven passengers. Interior design is very spacious and comfortable. Upholstery ranges from base cloth up to black leather with silver stitching in the SE trim. All Highlander models are equipped with 8-inch touchscreen display. Speaking of cargo space, Highlander has 13.8 cubic feet of space in the luggage compartment. Folding down the third row, space increases up to 42 cubic feet, while with all seats folded down it goes up to 83 cubic feet. Highlander equipment includes Toyota’s Safety Sense P system, which consist of adaptive cruise control, lane-departure warning, automatic steering correction and frontal collision detection. It also comes with automatic high-beam headlights, blind-spot monitor, rear-view camera and Toyota Perimeter Scan (360-view around the car). Inside the cabin, 2018 Highlander has Entune multimedia interface, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, Bluetooth, Siri Eyes Free, JBL sound system, heated seats, heated steering wheel and power moonroof.

Toyota V6 engine will be equipped with 8-speed automatic transmission, while 4-cylinder version will get 6-speec automatic gearbox. 2018 Highlander hybrid comes with V6 engine in combination with battery power. Hybrid model is capable of developing 306 horsepower. It comes equipped with all-wheel drive system and CVT gearbox. 2018 Toyota Highlander fuel economy ratings are set at 21 mpg in the city and 27 mpg on the highway, averaging 23 mpg for V6 WD and 20/26/22 mpg for V6 AWD. 4-cylinder version can do 20/24/22 mpg. Highlander Hybrid fuel economy is set at 30/28/29 mpg for LE and 29/27/28 mpg for XLE model.

Hybrid version price range from $37,625 for LE model up to $48,875 for Limited Platinum trim.
