For the 2018 model year, we are expecting to see many new cars released by Toyota company. One of these refreshed cars is upcoming 2018 Toyota Sienna minivan, which will come with improved safety systems and refreshed design. All-new version of Toyota Sienna is expected one year later, in 2019. Toyota Sienna 2018 should again be offered in the same trim levels: L, LE, SE, XLE and top of the range Limited trim. Inside the cabin, new 2018 Sienna is designed to accommodate seven or eight passengers, depending on the trim level and drive system configuration. Speaking of Sienna design changes, front fascia will be refreshed with sharper details already used in other new Toyota cars. Sienna will offer three new colors: Alumina Jade Metallic, Toasted Walnut Pearl and Parisian Night Pearl. Interior design will remain unchanged compared to the current model. Sienna minivan will be equipped with Toyota Safety Sense-P system as standard. This includes high-beam automatic headlights, adaptive cruise control, autonomous emergency braking, lane-maintaining automatic steering, blind-spot alert and rear cross-traffic alert, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, navigation system and bird’s eye view monitor.

2018 Toyota Sienna engine will carry over from 2017 Sienna. It is 3.5-liter V6 engine, which is capable of producing 296 horsepower and 263 lb-ft of torque. This strong and powerful V6 engine is combined with 9-speed automatic transmission. Both front and all-wheel drive will be available. AWD system installed in Sienna is actually front-wheel drive, which activates rear wheels when better traction is needed. 2018 Sienna will run on 17, 18 or 19-inch alloy wheels depending on the trim level. 2018 Toyota Sienna fuel economy ratings should not change. New Sienna will do exactly the same as the current version – 19 mpg in the city and 27 mpg on the highway, averaging 22 mpg overall for the FWD version. Sienna AWD will do 18 mpg in the city and 24 mpg on the highway, averaging 20 mpg in total.
2018 Toyota Sienna release date and price review
2018 Toyota Sienna release date is expected in fall 2017. Biggest rivals on the market for Sienna will be Nissan Quest, Honda Odyssey, Kia Sedona and Chrysler Pacifica. 2018 Toyota Sienna price should stay very competitive. We expect to see price around $31,000 for the base L trim. LE version will be sold for $34,000, while SE and XLE models will be priced just below $38,000. Top of the range Sienna Limited price should be around $44,000.
